Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Business / Operations Analyst to support plant and supply-chain operations through data analysis and operational insights. This role partners cross-functionally with production, engineering, quality, procurement, and finance teams to optimize throughput, improve efficiency, and reduce manufacturing costs.

This is an ideal opportunity for an analyst who enjoys working close to operations and plant leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze production, quality, inventory, and cost data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support day-to-day plant operations analysis and performance reporting
  • Act as an analytical advisor to the Plant Manager's office, including site expense consolidation
  • Help define and support an advisory operating model to improve communication with commercial teams
  • Provide competitive assessments and preliminary pricing analysis to support commercial decision-making
  • Translate data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related field

Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing analysis, operations analysis, or continuous improvement roles

Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work across functions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
